This was followed by various programmes, courses and masterclasses, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/rebalancing.nl\/wat-is-rebalancing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rebalancing<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademenstem.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Breathwork Coach<\/a> Certification<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5Ztd5aLiR0E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arun Conscious Touch<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JFupyjUhMJI&amp;t=2s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Triggerpoint Reset Method<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myofascialtrainings.com\/about\/satyarthi-peloquin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Myofascial Energetic Release<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Foot Reflexology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bodywork and breathwork are not just a passion but also guiding forces in my own life; a journey of awareness, with its moments of trial and error.<\/p>\n<p>It is deeply gratifying work. Time and again, I find joy in guiding people towards<strong>&nbsp;a genuine sense of self and embodiment. From this connection, trust and space can emerge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Working with clients inspires me to keep deepening my listening and presence.
