We’re often told to zone out or unwind. But what if true transformation lies not in escaping, but from waking up to it? Our experience of touch holds the potential to be far more expansive than we realise. “The Essence of Presence” – that’s the core belief behind my company and a personal mantra I use to remind myself to be more engaged in the moment. Cultivating a sense of awareness is the key to unlocking everything from deeper connections to hidden potential.

That’s why my bodywork sessions aim to be a multi-sensory experience, not a sleepy spa day. In the end, nothing can change or heal unless we’re present.
